Details: Dinner at Garage Restaurant is switching gears this summer. Rev Up: A Taste of Summer brings the energy every night from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with an indulgent buffet experience that pulls from five flavor-packed kitchens: Japanese-Peruvian, Middle Eastern, Indian, Asian, and Italian. Each hub serves up its own signature dishes, letting guests mix, match and plate up however they like.
For AED 130, guests get a taste of all five culinary hubs, with an optional two-hour free-flow house beverage package for just AED 70 more, bringing the total to AED 200 for a night of back-to-back bites and sips. Drinks are served straight from the Tap Wall, with a rotating line-up of curated cocktails, wines, and more.
