Chef Reif Othman joins Chef’s Society with Mirdif-only dishes, signature favourites and a dedicated breakfast menu.

Dubai : Chef Reif Othman has officially brought REIF Japanese Kushiyaki to Mirdif. The homegrown Japanese concept joins Chef’s Society at City Centre Mirdif with the signature dishes guests already know and love, alongside a selection of Mirdif-only specials and a dedicated breakfast menu – making the brand more accessible than ever for diners across the city.

Building on the success of its landmark Dubai Hills Business Park venue, along with its original Dar Wasl location and popular Time Out Market outpost, REIF Japanese Kushiyaki has become one of Dubai’s most recognisable dining destinations. The opening at Chef’s Society marks the brand’s next chapter, bringing its much-loved menu to one of the city’s newest culinary hubs.

Designed to celebrate the region’s best homegrown chefs and concepts, Chef’s Society introduces a fresh dining experience where exceptional food takes centre stage. Launching with four chef-led restaurants ahead of its full rollout later this year, the destination offers guests the opportunity to discover some of Dubai’s most exciting culinary names under one roof, with REIF Japanese Kushiyaki among its founding concepts.

Founded by Chef Reif Othman, whose restaurants have earned Michelin recognition and Gault&Millau accolades, REIF Japanese Kushiyaki is known for its creative approach to Japanese dining. At City Centre Mirdif, guests can expect the signature dishes that have defined the brand from day one, including the iconic Wagyu Sando and freshly grilled Kushiyaki Skewers, alongside dishes exclusive to the new location, such as King Crab SaladYakisobaWagyu Short Ribs, and salmon and hamachi temaki.

Alongside lunch and dinner, the City Centre Mirdif location will also serve breakfast, with a dedicated morning menu featuring the Kaya Steamed SandoHoney Butter Croissant with Matcha & Mascarpone, and Pistachio Labneh. The new offering means guests can now experience REIF from breakfast through to dinner.

The restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and from 10am until midnight on weekends.
