From November 5 to 7 2025, guests are invited to indulge in a multi-course tasting experience headlined by Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard, joined by Valey Bame, Head Chef of House of Grill, and David Tavernier, Chef de Cuisine at BORD’O by Nicolas Isnard. Together, the trio will craft a refined set menu that harmoniously blends French culinary artistry with contemporary innovation, a fitting tribute to House of Grill’s legacy of excellence.

Each evening, from 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM, guests will experience a gastronomic journey that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration. From delicate seafood creations to exquisitely grilled meats and decadent desserts, every dish will reflect the chefs’ shared philosophy of balance, flavour, and precision. Highlights of the menu are the Lobster & Truffle Mousse Ravioli, the In-house Cured Salmon & Takuan Rose and the Glazed Duo of Duck. The experience is priced at SAR 520 per person, and reservations are essential due to limited seating.

Since opening its doors two years ago, House of Grill has become one of Riyadh’s most celebrated dining destinations, a place where modern luxury meets the glamour of the Roaring Twenties. Inspired by the elegance of the Great Gatsby era, the restaurant’s interiors feature plush velvet seating, gold accents, and crystal chandeliers that transport guests to a world of timeless sophistication.

Under the culinary direction of Chef Nicolas Isnard, House of Grill has redefined the art of dining in Riyadh, offering a menu that bridges French refinement with Mediterranean soul. Signature dishes such as lobster bisque, 24-hour slow-cooked black angus short ribs, and chargrilled jumbo prawns have become local favourites, cementing the restaurant’s reputation as a true landmark for food connoisseurs in the Kingdom. Muhieddine Zok, General Manager of Fairmont Hotel Riyadh, shared: “House of Grill has established itself as one of the city’s most iconic dining experiences, a reflection of Fairmont Hotel Riyadh’s commitment to excellence, creativity, and genuine hospitality. This milestone is a celebration of our talented culinary team and the guests who have made this journey possible.”

This anniversary celebration promises an evening of flavour, finesse, and festivity, perfectly encapsulating the spirit of Fairmont Hotel Riyadh, where sophistication, service, and storytelling come together in every detail.
