Culinary excellence defines the DRIFT Restaurant, showcasing refined French cuisine with a modern Riviera spirit. Signature dishes include the La Niçoise Salad, Les Spaghettis Pil-Pil and La truffe noire flatbread. The restaurant accommodates 160 guests across the bar and dining area, complemented by a curated wine and cocktail programme.
