Riyadh: Boudl Hotels & Resorts has announced a landmark expansion strategy aimed at launching 110 new hotels and resorts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by 2030, contributing over 12,000 additional rooms to portfolio. This strategic initiative underscores the Group’s commitment to supporting the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which places tourism at the forefront of national economic diversification.
In 2025, the Group celebrated the successful inauguration of four new properties under its BRAIRA brand in Riyadh, Abha, Al Rass, and Hafar Al-Batin, marking significant progress in its growth roadmap.
Building on this momentum, Boudl has signed a series of development agreements to establish a presence in new markets including Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Yanbu, Al-Baha, Tabuk, Hail, Arar, Al- Hofuf, Jazan, and Tindaha. Simultaneously, expansion efforts continue in strategic and emerging destinations such as Riyadh, Buraidah, Khamis Mushait, Abha, Al-Majma’ah, Al-Khobar, Dammam, Jubail, and the State of Kuwait.
These developments span the Group’s full portfolio of hospitality brands, Narcissus, Aber, Braira, Boudl, and Z’MN, reflecting a commitment to delivering diversified, high-quality experiences tailored to evolving guest expectations.
Commenting on this milestone, Mr. Naser Al Khelaiwi, CEO of Boudl Group, stated:
“We take immense pride in what we have achieved to date and are enthusiastic about our continued expansion. Our ambition is clear: to have a presence in every Saudi city, offering authentic Saudi hospitality at world-class standards while supporting the growth of domestic tourism and the broader national economy.”
Through this bold strategic plan, Boudl Hotels & Resorts reaffirms its position as a leading force in the Kingdom’s hospitality landscape, driven by excellence, innovation, and a guest-centric vision rooted in trust and tradition.
