Yury Kovryzhenkо from London’s most popular Ukrainian restaurant, Mriya, will serve a ‘Heston style’ tasting menu on 4&5 February
Dubai, UAE: –YOY brand chef Pavlo Moroz will host Yuriy Kovryzhenko, a famed Ukrainian chef and TV presenter whose molecular borscht conquered the Michelin Guide, to bring his creative cooking style to YOY restaurant for a one-off dining experience this February.
Yuriy trained at the best culinary schools in Europe and has won many prestigious awards such a Gold Medal for Best of Gastronomy in 2021, all while launching his latest venture, Mriya Bistro in bustling west London and being a member of the Disciple Escoffier International order.
On the menu will be a selection of traditional dishes served ‘Heston Style’ including Kholodets, meaning cold in Ukrainian, which is tender jellied oxtail served lollypop style, Katchka, a roasted Duck dish with apple and cranberry sauce, served fresh from the Piche oven and Herring Pate, with caviar, in a crispy waffle nest covered in edible flowers.
