The Seven Sisters’ simply amazing selection of new dishes is ideal for a memorable lunch or supper that is enjoyed with friends. The food menu is divided into five sections. First, you have the Nikkei Fusion section which includes Grilled Truffle Edamame, Wagyu Beef Gyoza and Tuna Ceviche, among others. Next the Mains section, which includes scrumptious dishes such as the Short Ribs and the Lamb Shank, and many more. Then there’s the Mediterranean section which includes dishes such as the Fresh Truffle Burrata and the Grilled Octopus, among many other delights, as well as the Sushi section with a variety of options from Sashimi and Tempura to an astounding variety of exquisite rolls.
And last but not least the Dessert section, which includes mouth-watering flavors such as the Chocolate Fondant and the Pain Perdu.
Alternatively, the beverage menu is on another level! Aside from the beverages we all know and love, the sisters have added a very special selection of drinks paying tribute to extraordinary artists who have shaped our world. The Art is Present in Seven Sisters’ beverage menu includes among others the Water Lily Pond (Claude Monet), The Lovers (Renee Magitte) and our favorite The Da Vinci Code (Leonardo Da Vinci). Each of these creative beverages toasts the lasting legacy of the great men and women who will be remembered way beyond their lifetime for their unique combination of technical skills, creative thinking and determination.
