Monica Coppetta, General Manager of OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, brings over 25 years of expertise in global luxury hospitality to her role. The Italian hotelier’s impressive career spans prestigious properties, including St. Regis Grand Rome and Waldorf Astoria Maldives. Her innovative approach to luxury hospitality was particularly evident during her tenure at Columbia Beach Resort in Cyprus, where she masterfully orchestrated the property’s integration with Columbia Beach Hotel.
At OZEN LIFE MAADHOO, General Manager Malin Elisabeth Alleyne leads with over two decades of diverse experience across Europe, the Caribbean, and luxury cruise lines. The Swedish-Barbadian hospitality pro began her journey as Kitchen Supervisor at Hard Rock Cafe Stockholm, going on to become Hotel Manager at Scandic Hotels. Her dedication to excellence and global perspective, shaped by roles with Holland America Line and various Caribbean luxury resorts, brings a unique dimension to operations at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO.
