The Khaleeji band from Kuwait return by popular demand to headline last night of the region’s ultimate entertainment festival on 18 December

Emirati singer Aryam to open for Aseel Hameem’s concert on 10 December

Abu Dhabi, UAE-: With their first concert at the MOTN Festival on 9 December completely selling out, the popular Khaleeji musical group Miami Band have announced they will be coming back to headline the closing night of the event.

The group from Kuwait will be returning to the Abu Dhabi Corniche on 18 December for another electrifying performance for their fans.

MOTN Festival, the region’s ultimate entertainment event, added the second show after the huge demand for tickets for Miami Band’s concert on 9 December.

The much-admired Khaleeji band will perform again on the closing night at the festival’s Live Arena stage. The group, which was founded in 1986, will be playing their chart-topping numbers, such as ‘Ghalay Ant Ghalay’ and ‘Yakser Al Khatter’.

Music lovers can also look forward to a diverse array of musical acts throughout the festival from 9 to 18 December on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.

Iraqi star Aseel Hameem’s melodious voice will fill the Live Arena on 10 December. The singer, who has the most streamed songs by a female Arab artist on YouTube, will be selecting hits from her repertoire including ‘Hadarat El Walhan’ and ‘Al Mafrood’. Emirati singer Aryam’s recognisable tunes will warm up the audience before the regional star takes the stage. Aryam began her singing career at the age of 15 and has performed all over the UAE. She became a household name when she became the first artist to sing the poems of the late founding father, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who also gave her the name “Aryam”.

Egyptian artist Mohamed Hamaki’s versatility will bring music aficionados of all ages together on 17 December. A well-known TV personality, Hamaki won the ‘Best Arabia Act’ at the 2010 MTV Music Awards and the Music Award in 2006 for the song ‘Ahla Haga Fiki’. Concertgoers can expect some high-energy musical numbers including ‘Ya Sattar’, ‘Ma Balash’ and his 2022 hit single ‘Alby Habak Gedan’ at his concert.

Football fans are also invited to catch all the FIFA World Cup 2022 football action by grabbing some delicious treats and a comfortable seat for the screening of the thrilling games throughout the duration of the tournament.

There is something for everyone at this year’s MOTN Festival. Visitors can get inspired, enjoy activities and games, interact with immersive art, take a journey around the world with the best food concepts and shop for unique products in the six zones: Inspire Space, Thrill Zone, Amusement Park, Food Hub, Live Arena and Shopping District.

Held at the Abu Dhabi Corniche, MOTN 2022 will run from 9 to 18 December, from 4pm to midnight during weekdays, and from 4pm to 2am on weekends.
