The Chinese company Jiangling Motors Co., LTD, which owns JMC vehicles, the well-known trademark in the sector of light transport vehicles, announced its choice of the eastern region of Saudi Arabia to be the headquarters of its regional spare parts warehouse that will cover the Middle East and North Africa region. This announcement came after an official agreement has been concluded between JMC and Aljabr Trading Company, which owns a typical warehouse for storing spare parts in terms of its huge area and the full electronic system of receiving, delivering and storing parts, and its link with sea and airports such as Dammam Port, and King Fahd International Airport.

This announcement coincided with the official visit of His Excellency Chinese President Xi Jinping to the Kingdom to be added to a series of distinguished partnerships and business relations between Saudi companies and their counterparts in China.

Regarding the selection of the warehouse of Aljabr Trading Company for spare parts to be a regional warehouse for JMC spare parts, the Managing Director of Aljabr Trading Company, Mr. Abdulsalam Aljabr, said: “The warehouse of Aljabr Trading Company for Spare Parts has been established on an area of 60 thousand square meters, enabling it to accommodate 150 thousand spare parts of various sizes, which are used to be received, stored and delivered according to the best technical mechanisms, or through trained cadres that operate and manage this warehouse, in which the company has invested an amount of 120 million Saudi Riyals in building and equipping it .”

Mr. Aljabr added that the Kingdom’s distinguished position in terms of its location, and the integrated equipment that supports the flow of supply chains between East and West were also one of the main reasons based on which JMC choses our warehouse in the Eastern region to be a storage center and a starting point in the distribution of spare parts locally and in the Middle East and North Africa region.

On this occasion, the president of Jiangxi Jiangling Motors Imp & Exp Co., LTD , Mr. Sun Xiaoquan, expressed his admiration for the central warehouse of Aljabr Company for its integrated infrastructure and large storage space, which will be an excellent distribution point for the Middle East and North Africa region.
