Hail : The Hail region has made a notable appearance on the Gulf tourism map with the world’s largest 4×4 robot game, a level of organization unmatched in the region and globally. This event aims to attract a large number of Gulf tourists and wildlife adventure enthusiasts, following its participation in the heart of the main open winter environments, especially during the season.
The event, held in the historic Tuwaran area northwest of Hail, was hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hail Region Development Authority. It aims to break a Guinness World Record, adding to the event’s tourist appeal. The event is expected to involve approximately 700 four-wheel-drive vehicles traversing a 7-kilometer unpaved desert track, offering an adventure experience favored by tourists who appreciate the rich culture of the Sahara, camping, and exploring its diverse landscapes. This remarkable event reflects the Hail region’s commitment to providing an experience that combines the thrill of driving with the beauty of nature.
The event was organized by the Saudi General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage, the Hail Region Development Authority, the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Protection Development Authority, and the House of Culture, with support from 14 government entities, including the Hail Region Governorate, as part of the government’s efforts to promote military tourism and enhance Hail’s position as a leading winter destination for desert tourism in the Arab and Gulf region. The spectacular events, including thrilling adventures and glass-breaking activities, are particularly popular with tourists from the Gulf region, offering authentic experiences closely tied to the local environment.
