With extremely limited seating, this intimate culinary journey offers a rare and refined escape into a world of warmth, tradition, and artisanal craftsmanship.
Nestled within the elegant surroundings of Eugène Eugène, two real wooden winter chalets provide an authentic mountain hideaway. The first chalet hosts up to 20 guests at individual tables for a cozy night out, while the second one seats up to 10 guests at a long table, perfect for private festive celebrations.
Guests are welcomed by the inviting aroma of melting cheese, snow-dusted décor, rustic wooden beams, and the soft crackle of a fireplace-inspired ambiance. The chalets pay homage to Montblanc’s Alpine heritage, reflecting the brand’s enduring connection to mountain exploration and timeless elegance.
The curated Alpine menu brings authentic flavors to the table. Guests begin with a choice of a rich soupe à l’oignon, warming from the very first sip, or a comforting salade de chèvre chaud. The experience continues with indulgent raclette and bubbling fondue, perfect for sharing, before concluding with two classic Alpine desserts: a luscious chocolate fondue and a traditional tarte aux myrtilles.
