Nobu Dubai unveils a reimagined omakase menu, featuring exclusive dishes unique to the city

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – Nobu Dubai, the iconic culinary destination and the jewel of Atlantis, The Palm’s crown, invites guests to indulge in an exclusive Omakase (chef’s choice) menu featuring world-class Nobu dishes, available exclusively for Dubai. The first edition of this year’s city-inspired menu, which is available until the end of February, features dishes such as Salmon Amazu Tosazu Nori Taco, Japanese Beef Nashi Sala Sushi, Salmon Belly Nori Lemon Sushi, Bluefin Tuna with Japanese Tomato and Matsuhisa Dressing, King Crab with Burnt Leek Miso, and persimmon goma tart served with calamansi sorbet.

In Japanese, the word ‘omakase’ translates to ‘to trust,’ reflecting the confidence a diner places in the chef to create a personalised, multi-course meal using seasonal ingredients, specialties, culinary instincts, and the diners’ preferences. A core element of Japanese culture, Omakase is celebrated as one of the most immersive and refined dining experiences in the world, which gives chefs the freedom and space to fully express their creativity, often resulting in a deeply rewarding experience for both the chef and the diner.
