The afternoon tea at Peacock Alley has been curated and inspired by the rich culinary heritage of the region. Guests can look forward to savouring the aych bulbul cardamom sweet treat – a delightful creation that combines coffee, cardamom cream and a crispy oriental base. The experience continues with a selection of oriental macarons, offering delicate flavours of rose, cardamom and pistachio. In addition, visitors can also enjoy stuffed dates and a decadent chocolate dessert.
To make this occasion even more special, Waldorf Astoria DIFC is offering a complimentary AED 150 spa gift certificate to every guest that books the afternoon tea from August 26th until September 1.
Spa-goers can choose from four distinctively themed suites including the Grooming Suite, Floatation Suite, Couples Suite and the Vichy Suite to indulge in a host of therapeutics such as massages, signatural facials by Ling, Voya facials, body treatments and much more. The signature afternoon tea is priced at AED 175 per person, and the Astoria Afternoon Tea, which includes a glass of Laurent Perrier fizz, is available at AED 325 per person. Both options include a variety of Emirati Women’s Day exclusive pastries. The curated afternoon tea is available from 3pm-6pm daily until September 1.
