Sumosan Bahrain unveils an elevated Saturday Lunch experience with exquisite Japanese flair and relaxed weekend charm.
Bahrain : Sumosan Bahrain is taking on a new elegant and filled with culinary finesse Saturday Lunch. Renowned for its award-winning contemporary Japanese cuisine, Sumosan invites guests to indulge in a sophisticated weekly lunch offering, blending artistry on the plate with the relaxed spirit of the weekend. 
The Saturday Lunch is curated for those who seek to savour the flavour, unwind in style and reconnect over beautifully crafted dishes. Sumosan’s Summer menu reflects the chef’s latest inspirations, beginning with refreshing cold starters such as the Ceviche Trio, featuring salmon with passion fruit and mango sauce, Seabass with jalapeño salsa verde and sweet potato chips, and Tuna with leche de tigre and tamarind.
Sushi lovers can indulge in new maki roll creations, such as the Spicy Otoro Roll with bluefin tuna, avocado and red chilli; the tropical Tuna and Mango Roll with spicy mayo; and the bold Spicy Unagi and Shrimp Tempura Roll, combining eel, rock shrimp, and cucumber with a kick of spicy mayo.
