Dubai – Sexy Fish Dubai invites guests to discover a new midday ritual with KANSO, a two-course business lunch inspired by the Japanese philosophy of simplicity and balance. Reflecting the restaurant’s signature flair, KANSO brings together refined flavours for an elegant lunch that fits effortlessly into the week, whether for midweek meetings, quick catch-ups, or a moment of calm during a busy day. As the weather cools down, guests can also enjoy their KANSO experience al fresco on the terrace, where the open-air setting offers a refreshing escape overlooking Burj Khalifa and DIFC’s skyline.
The KANSO experience begins with a detox shot and Edamame Hummus, setting the tone for a refreshing lunch meal. Guests are then invited to indulge in two courses, for AED167, beginning with course one where two dishes can be selected from a vibrant range of starters such as Salmon Tataki with Shiso Ponzu, Rock Shrimp Tempura with Yuzu Mayo, Spicy Tuna Maki, Prawn Gyoza with Ginger Dressing, or Baby Gem & Avocado with Smoked Chilli Soy. Continuing the experience, for the second course, guests can choose one main from standout dishes, including Black Cod Donburi with Spicy Miso, Angus Beef Tenderloin with Ginger & Black Pepper Sauce, Steamed Seabass with Ginger & Chilli, or Crispy Truffled Tofu with Avocado & Lime, each reflecting Sexy Fish’s modern Japanese sensibility and signature flair.
To end on a sweet note, guests have the option to add a dessert of their choice for AED 35, with indulgent options such as Lemongrass Creme Brulee, Cinnamon Donuts with Chocolate Sauce, or the Bubblegum Ice Cream Cone. For those seeking an elevated pairing, the Sexy Fish sommelier team presents a curated omakase tasting of cold-brewed Japanese tea, wine, and sake for an additional AED 80, hand-selected to surprise and delight the palate.
