Taking place every Wednesday, the experience brings together Shang Palace’s signature culinary craftsmanship and playful sense of occasion through a generous menu designed for sharing.
The evening begins with an exquisite selection of handcrafted dim sum, including Crystal Har Gow, Hokkaido Scallop Siew Mai, Golden Fish Dumpling, Baked Snow Mountain Char Siew Bao, Wagyu Pastry Puff, Roasted Duck and Pumpkin Puff, and Crispy Turnip Puff.
The menu continues with Chef’s Selected Small Bites, featuring Imperial Peking Duck with Crispy Rice and Honey-Glazed Smoked Beef Short Ribs, accompanied by a choice of Garlic Egg Fried Rice or Wok-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles.
To finish on a sweet note, guests can enjoy Snow Skin Custard Mooncake and Mini Egg Tarts.
A colourful selection of complimentary non-alcoholic drinks completes the evening, featuring the Forbidden Pearl, Mixed Berries Mojito, Passionfruit Mojito and an Espresso Martini-inspired mocktail.
