1. As per Sections 2.2.10—2.2.12 of the IATA Passenger services conference resolution manual (PSCRM), guidelines emphasize that passengers traveling on international flights must hold valid return tickets. It is the responsibility of the ticket issuing agency to ensure compliance with this requirement at the time of booking.
2. For passengers traveling with Air Tanzania on a round-trip itinerary, both outbound and return segments must be issued on a single ticket/document.
3. For itinerary that involves two separate one-way tickets on different airlines, the ticketing agent must verify that both tickets are valid and meet international travel requirements.
4. All costs arising from denied boarding, entry refusal, or other travel disruptions due to non-compliance, will be the responsibility of the issuing agency. Agents are expected to exercise due diligence to avoid such incidents.
5. We value your partnership and thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
