Set against the stunning backdrop of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, Thiptara promises an unforgettable celebration featuring an exclusive five-course menu priced at AED 350 per person. The restaurant will be adorned with vibrant Songkran-inspired décor, complemented by live performances that bring the spirit of Thai festivities to life. As a special addition to the celebration, guests will also receive a beautiful gift bag offering a fragrant herbal oil, adding a nice touch to the entire experience.
Crafted by Thiptara’s expert culinary team, the menu showcases authentic Thai flavors and signature dishes, beginning with a pre-appetizer of Miang Kham Goong (jumbo prawn, ginger, cashew nut, coconut, green mango, Thai chili sauce), followed by a starter of Gai Yang Ta Krai (locally sourced chicken and lemongrass skewer, sweet chili sauce).
Guests will then enjoy a traditional Tom Yam Goong soup (shellfish broth, prawns, lemongrass, mushroom, galangal, chili-lime juice, coriander), leading into the main course of Kana Nuea Nam Man Hoy (oyster-marinated Wagyu tenderloin, Thai broccoli, garlic chips, jasmine rice). The meal concludes on a sweet note with Khong Wan Ruam Mit, Thailand’s famous traditional dessert of sweet sticky rice with mango, pandan, and coconut.
