Dubai, UAE -– Salero Tapas & Bodega introduces The Art of Spain: A Spanish Cooking Experience – Paella Masterclass, a limited-edition workshop where guests can immerse themselves in the rich culinary traditions of Spain. Led by Chef Esteban Monroy, Head Chef at Salero Tapas & Bodega and his team, the masterclass provides a hands-on opportunity for food enthusiasts to learn the techniques and traditions behind making authentic paella.

Guests will begin their experience with a welcome drink, preparing a pitcher of sangria while learning about the history and origins of paella in Spain. They will then enjoy a hands-on cooking session, receiving step-by-step guidance from Chef Esteban. Once the dish is prepared, guests can indulge in their freshly made paella, paired with a selection of premium Spanish cold cuts. Participants will be awarded a “Salero Paella Master” Certificate to mark the experience and can capture special moments with the chef and their paella creation.
