TATEL Dubai honours a decade of Spanish dining with a celebratory tasting menu designed to take guests on a journey through TATEL’s most iconic dishes.
Dubai : This October, TATEL Dubai celebrates a decade of the beloved TATEL brand with a limited-edition tasting menu featuring ten signature dishes. The exclusive menu honours the restaurant’s culinary excellence and continues to elevate the city’s dining landscape with bold Spanish flavours.
Founded in 2014 with its inaugural location in Madrid, TATEL has grown into an international destination, firmly establishing itself as a culinary trendsetter in global cities including Ibiza, Valencia, and most recently, Dubai. Since its launch, founder Manuel Campos Guallar, together with renowned partner Cristiano Ronaldo, has helped shape TATEL into a global name. Each TATEL restaurant is designed to reflect the brand’s commitment to offering an authentic Spanish experience, capturing the flavour and passion of the country.

TATEL 10-Year Anniversary Tasting Menu
Paying homage to ten years of Spanish cuisine, TATEL Dubai invites residents and visitors alike to indulge in a specially curated anniversary tasting menu. Guests can elevate their experience with a thoughtfully curated pairing journey, from crisp cava and exclusive whites and reds, to a refined sherry.
This limited-edition menu will take diners on a culinary journey through ten beloved dishes, reflecting the rich heritage of TATEL restaurants worldwide. Highlights include the Atún rojo muy fino, consisting of thinly sliced Balfego tuna with TATEL secret dressing, first served in 2018, Croquetas TATEL with prawns and Iberian Cecina crafted in 2016, and Aguacate a la brasa con carabinero, fresh avocado and carabinero brushed with a garlic dressing introduced in 2022. As we enter the mains, guests can enjoy the Salmón al Josper con salsa de yuzu, presented in 2016, a perfectly grilled salmon fillet with yuzu sauce and smoked avocado mousse, as well as the Costilla de ternera a baja temperature, created in 2022, featuring slow-cooked glazed short ribs. Dessert lovers will also enjoy Nuestro falso limon, a sweet and sour fake lemon unveiled in 2024, and Tarta de queso, the restaurant’s famous cheesecake first served in 2020.
To elevate the experience, the team has curated an exclusive wine pairing featuring standout bottles from across Spain’s diverse regions.
