Three countries, three menus, and one immersive dining journey running from July through September

This summer, Canary Club invites Dubai’s food lovers on a season of discovery with the launch of Taste of Canary; a chef-led dining series that celebrates the cuisines and techniques that shape the soul of this beloved homegrown JLT destination. An immersive, three-month journey told through California cool, Japanese finesse, and Latin soul, Taste of Canary showcases a trio of rotating menus, each available for a limited time and crafted as a story in three chapters.

Launching July 7th, the series explores the culinary identities of Peru, Argentina, and Japan, guided by a chef whose philosophy favors flavor-first storytelling over spectacle. The series runs exclusively with menus priced at AED 300 per person, or AED 420 with curated wine or cocktail pairings, and is available from 6PM daily (from 8PM on Saturdays), excluding Thursdays.

Beyond the menu: a mood, a memory, a month-long passport

With Canary Club already beloved for its vibrant atmosphere and weekly experiences, Taste the Canary has been designed to shift the focus to the plate. Each menu represents a culinary detour, a deeper look into a single country’s soul, filtered through Canary’s sun-soaked, coastal spirit.

Kicking off the Summer with July in PERU

The journey begins with Peru, a country where flavor is built on contrast: brightness and depth, citrus and smoke. Canary’s take on the Peruvian table opens with a choice between two expressions of boldness: a Sea Bass Ceviche that leans tropical, layered with coconut leche de tigre, charred corn, and coriander oil; or a Beef Taco that wears its fire proudly, wrapped in a house-made tortilla and topped with guacamole and Criolla salad.

Mains continue the theme of bold balance. A Pan-Seared Seabass Fillet with pickled shallots and crisp potato offers brightness and lift, while the Lomo Saltado, made with MB5+ striploin, veal jus, and oyster sauce, brings richness, smoke, and the influence of Nikkei cuisine, Peru’s fusion of Japanese and native styles.

The Arroz Con Leche dessert reimagines comfort. Mango, lemongrass, and lime zest cut through sweetness in a way that feels both nostalgic and surprising.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with beverages that underscore the menu’s tone: citrus-driven pisco sours, smooth Chilean wines, and a finishing Colada De Leche that nods to summer in every sip.

Coming Up in August and September 2025…ARGENTINA & JAPAN

August will lean into the robust flavors of Argentina, with Empanadas, Grilled Lamb, and Dulce de Leche layered with fig and meringue. Then September closes the series with a chef-forward take on Japan – where depth is drawn not from Sushi, but from Ramen simmered over two days, Wagyu Skewers, and a Matcha dessert that’s more textural than sweet.

Each month offers a new invitation to explore, through flavor, mood, and memory; all without leaving JLT.

Set against Canary Club’s vibrant, retro-chic interiors, the Taste of Canary culinary series runs for just three months, giving guests a reason to return – or rediscover – the creative kitchen at the heart of one of Dubai’s most beloved homegrown destinations.
