Shangri-La’s Summer In Motion campaign invites travellers to embrace a more dynamic style of luxury travel, balancing wellness, exploration and indulgence across iconic destinations worldwide.

This summer, take part in Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts’ Summer In Motion campaign, celebrating a more active approach to travel where wellbeing, restoration and indulgence come together in balance. Until 31 August, guests are invited to enjoy a renewed rhythm of travel, from mornings focused on wellness and rejuvenation to afternoons of exploration and evenings of connection, celebration and culinary discovery.

To enhance the experience, Shangri-La is offering one complimentary night on selected three- and four-night stays, giving guests extra time to relax, explore and make the most of their international getaway.

As luxury travel continues to evolve, travellers are increasingly seeking experiences that energise and inspire. Travel is no longer defined solely by escapism, but also by the opportunity to feel restored, connected and refreshed. This trend is reflected in the growth of sports tourism, now one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry. It accounts for around 10% of global tourism, while 44% of sports fans worldwide travel internationally to attend live sporting events.

Inspired by some of the summer season’s most iconic sporting events, from football in Toronto and world-class tennis in London and Paris to elite cycling across France and championship golf in Mauritius and Sri Lanka, Shangri-La has created a series of curated Summer In Motion experiences across its international portfolio.

Participating hotels will offer bespoke experiences spanning wellness, dining, family connection and celebration, reinforcing Shangri-La as a place where guests do more than simply escape. They can move, connect and experience more throughout their stay.

Summer In Motion will be available at participating international Shangri-La properties across Europe, Canada, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and beyond.
