Madinah : The King Salman International Conference Center in Madinah hosted the third edition of the Umrah and Visit Forum from March 30 to April 1, 2026. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the Guests of God Service Program, the forum is recognized as a leading event focused on developing services provided to pilgrims.

Featuring broad participation from decision-makers, experts, and investors from around the world, the forum also included an accompanying exhibition where local and international organizations showcased new solutions, products, and services aimed at improving the quality of the pilgrim and visitor experience.

160 Speakers, 150 Exhibitors, and 40,000+ Attendees

The forum brought together 160 speakers and 150 exhibitors to discuss how to enhance the Umrah and Visit journey. Over the three days, the event welcomed more than 40,000 visitors, including specialists and key stakeholders in the Umrah and visitation sector.

Saudi Tourism Authority Highlights “Spirit of Saudi Arabia”

As part of its participation, the Saudi Tourism Authority took part through the “Spirit of Saudi Arabia” pavilion. The pavilion showcased the Authority’s initiatives and role in enriching the visitor and pilgrim experience, highlighting the Kingdom’s tourism programs designed to facilitate the journey.

The presence in Madinah also reinforced the destination’s importance as a major stop on the pilgrimage route, underscoring the religious significance of the city for Muslims worldwide, as the Qibla.

Panel Discussions and Workshops on Future Services

The forum included panel discussions and specialized workshops covering topics such as the future of Umrah services, the role of digital technologies in improving visitor experience, and global best practices in hospitality, crowd management, and logistics.

5,000+ Agreements to Strengthen Partnerships

Building on the success of its previous editions, the third forum contributed to strengthening cooperation across sector stakeholders and opening new opportunities for investment and technology partnerships. With expanding international participation and a wide range of discussion themes, the forum saw the signing of more than 5,000 agreements, supporting collaboration among government entities, the private sector, and non-profit organizations.

Supporting Saudi Vision 2030

The Umrah and Visit Forum continues to act as a major driver for innovation in the sector, helping establish advanced standards of excellence aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. By fostering strategic partnerships and promoting modernization across the Umrah and visitation system, the event reinforces Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for managing and enhancing the pilgrims’ experience.
