Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Hillhouse Brasserie and The Duck Hook
Christmas celebrations begin at Dubai Hills Golf Club as Hillhouse Brasserie and The Duck Hook come together for their tree lighting ceremony. On 27 November, a towering 20-foot Christmas tree will be illuminated on the lawn between the two venues, bringing families and friends together for an evening of Christmas carols, festive treats and seasonal drinks. A dedicated hot chocolate station for children will add to the celebrations, while festive cocktails, including the Spiced Bellini and Gingerbread Martini, will be available to order from the à la carte drinks menus at both venues. The occasion will also mark the introduction of seasonal dining specials at both venues, including a traditional Christmas Plate featuring roast turkey, available from the day of the ceremony and throughout December.

Market at The Hills – Festive Edition
The Duck Hook and Hillhouse Brasserie welcome the festive season with the return of Market at the Hills in collaboration with THRIVE Market. Taking place across two weekends, the outdoor market invites visitors to browse a curated selection of homegrown businesses offering everything from fashion and jewellery to beauty, home décor, arts and crafts and seasonal gifts. The market offers an opportunity for families and friends to support local businesses, discover thoughtful Christmas gifts and enjoy a relaxed day outdoors. Visitors are also welcome to stop by The Duck Hook with their four-legged companions for refreshments or enjoy freshly grilled favourites from its dedicated BBQ station in between browsing the stalls. Popular dining concepts The Noodle House and Trattoria will also join the festivities with dedicated pop-ups, serving a selection of their signature dishes and providing more dining options throughout the market.

The Bolt Hole is bringing Christmas cheer to Villanova with a festive tree lighting ceremony on 3 December. Families, friends and their four-legged companions, are invited to gather at the cosy community restaurant as it marks the beginning of its seasonal celebrations. With a beautifully decorated Christmas tree taking centre stage, the occasion offers a chance for guests of all ages to come together and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The evening will feature Christmas carols, a hot chocolate station for the little ones and a selection of festive treats, bringing the community together for the lighting of the Christmas tree. Dog lovers can celebrate the festive season with their four-legged companions as The Duck Hook and The Bolt Hole host special Paint Your Pup workshops this December. The morning experience invites guests to create a personalised portrait of their beloved pet using a professionally pre-sketched canvas prepared from a photograph submitted ahead of the workshop. Guests are required to book in advance and submit a photograph of their dog to ensure their canvas is ready for the session.
