Ajman, UAE — Saddle Café, the homegrown concept known for celebrating Emirati hospitality through specialty coffee, has officially opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Ajman, bringing its much-loved menu to a brand-new dine-in and drive-thru experience.
Located in Ajman, a city on the rise with growing potential for lifestyle and hospitality concepts, the new Saddle Café strengthens the brand’s presence while offering guests a new way to experience Saddle. For the first time, diners in the UAE can enjoy Saddle’s sit-down café format alongside the accessibility of a drive-thru; an expansion building on its beloved food trucks, kiosks, and Saddle House.
A First for Saddle
The Ajman location represents the latest step in Saddle’s journey, combining its signature hospitality with a new hybrid model. While Saddle House in Abu Dhabi and Saddle One Za’abeel in Dubai offer tailored built-in concepts, Ajman is the first to deliver a full sit-down café experience paired with a drive-thru. The café features seating for 28 guests indoors and an additional 22 outdoors, available during the cooler winter months, alongside the speed and ease of drive-thru access. It will operate daily from 7:00 am to 1:00 am on weekdays and until 2:00 am on weekends, catering to both early risers and late-night diners.

Consistency with a Twist
Guests visiting the new Ajman café can expect the same Saddle menu loved across the UAE, from specialty coffees and favorites like matcha, açai smoothies, pistachio milkshakes, and freshly made crepes to signature sandwiches and pastries. The drive-thru ensures speed and convenience, while the café space offers a relaxed setting for families, friends, and professionals to gather.
A Growing Presence
Founded in Dubai in 2017, Saddle Café has grown into one of the UAE’s most recognized homegrown brands, with a footprint spanning across the Emirates and international outposts in Riyadh, London, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. The brand also recently signed its first ever franchise with Emirates Leisure Retail to open a location at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, expected to open before the end of 2025. With its presence in Ajman, Saddle strengthens its ties to the local community while continuing to innovate formats that meet the needs of today’s consumers.
