Abu Dhabi : Rotana, one of the leading hotel management companies in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Türkiye, participated in World Travel Market (WTM) London 2026, held from 3–5 November, connecting with international travel trade partners and exploring opportunities for future growth.
Reflecting this year’s theme, “Resilience, Rebound & Reinvention: The Next Era of Global Travel,” Rotana highlighted the importance of adaptability and strong industry partnerships in navigating changing travel patterns, drawing on its regional operating experience and diversified guest mix to maintain confidence across its destinations.
Philip Barnes, Chief Executive Officer of Rotana, said: “Our resilience comes from our people, our understanding of the region and the relationships we’ve built over the years. WTM is an important opportunity to reconnect with our international partners, reinforce confidence in our destinations and showcase the warm, genuine hospitality that defines Rotana.”
Rotana’s international expansion continues to gather momentum, with 10 operating properties representing 2,107 keys across Türkiye, Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, alongside three properties under development in Georgia. Among the highlights is Gudauri Ski Resort, announced earlier this year as Rotana’s first-ever entry into the ski resort segment.
European markets remain an important source of international demand for Rotana, with the UK, Germany, Russia and Poland among its key focus markets.
Philip Barnes added: “We’re seeing European travel demand evolve, with guests placing greater emphasis on value, flexibility and reassurance. Our priority is to work closely with our trade partners to respond to these changing needs and create attractive travel opportunities across our destinations.”
As the Group grows its portfolio and strengthens its relationships with international travel partners, it remains committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting its people and creating the warm, genuine hospitality at the heart of its ‘Treasured Time’ promise.
