Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island proudly announces the joining of Rosebelle Okwiri as the new Human Resources Manager. With an illustrious career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence to her new role.
Rose studied Journalism under Mass Communication back in Kenya, however it took a turn when she moved to the UAE and joined the hospitality industry in 2008. She started as a guest service agent at the Jumeirah Group and then later moved to Pullman Dubai Creek as a front office agent and eventually to Human Resources. She graduated with a Human Resources Management Advance Diploma from the American Institute of Business Management and continued with her progressive career in Human Resources Management.
Prior joining Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island, Rose was working as an Assistant HR Manager for Rixos Bab Al Bahr Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. One of her achievements that she has always carried along with was highly contributing in developing and building the HR department, as well as defining and improving the HR Policies according to the business demand over the past years.
Among others, one of the key goals for Rose is to continue strengthening the L&D aspects of our team members through focused learning aimed at career development while also explore new ways of attracting fresh talent.
Beyond her professional achievements, Rose is very passionate about athletics and spending quality time with her family. She is a professionally trained volleyball player, takes part in various athletic field events like Long Jump, High Jump and Triple Jump. As a Human Resources Manager, Rose will ensure the connectivity within the team by continuously engaging them so as to boost the employees’ morale to achieve a higher engagement/satisfaction score at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island.
