Located in the hotel’s ground floor café Boulevard Gourmet, the space has been reimagined with RAW’s distinctive aesthetic and menu, inviting guests to experience the brand’s celebrated coffee craftsmanship in a setting that blends heritage with modern hospitality.
Visitors can enjoy a full espresso bar, hand-brewed single origins, a dedicated cold brew and matcha menu, and RAW’s best-selling iced teas, smoothies, and frappes. The food offering is curated and prepared by Radisson Blu’s culinary team, complementing RAW’s beverage expertise with the hotel’s signature quality and service.
