Qatar Tourism Presents the 22nd Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition

Qatar Tourism brought together leading jewellery houses, watchmakers, international luxury brands and regional designers for the 22nd edition of the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition (DJWE), held from 28 September to 3 October 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC).

Held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, the exhibition featured more than 49 exhibitors representing over 500 brands. The event showcased jewellery and watch collections from Qatar, the wider region and international markets, alongside specialist talks, dedicated pavilions and new visitor experiences.

Organised by Qatar Tourism and brought by Visit Qatar, DJWE continued to highlight Qatar’s position as a destination for luxury tourism while providing a platform for regional craftsmanship, international brands and commercial exchange.

Qatar Tourism Strengthens Qatar’s Luxury Tourism Offering

The Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition is one of Qatar Tourism’s prominent annual events, bringing together established luxury brands, local designers and industry professionals.

His Excellency Mr. Saad bin Ali Al Kharji, Chairman of Qatar Tourism, said the exhibition reflects the country’s commitment to delivering world-class experiences and strengthening its position as a leading luxury tourism destination.

He highlighted the event’s role in connecting international and regional brands with Qatari designers while celebrating craftsmanship and innovation.

Al Kharji also emphasised the exhibition’s alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030, noting its contribution to diversifying the country’s tourism offering, supporting local talent and creating opportunities for cultural and commercial exchange.

By combining luxury retail with design, expertise and industry engagement, DJWE offers a platform that extends beyond product displays. It brings together businesses and visitors interested in jewellery, watches and the craftsmanship behind these luxury categories.

More Than 500 Brands Featured at DJWE 2026

The 22nd edition of DJWE featured more than 49 exhibitors representing over 500 brands, covering a broad selection of jewellery and watch collections.

Participating names included Al Fardan Jewellery, Al Majed Jewellery, Ali Bin Ali Luxury, Amiri Gems, Fifty-One East, Al Muftah Jewellery, Blue Salon and Arts and Gems. These regional names appeared alongside international brands, creating a varied showcase of luxury products and design traditions.

The exhibition introduced a unified visual identity across its spaces and exhibitor pavilions. This approach was designed to create a more cohesive visitor experience while maintaining the event’s distinctive character.

The combination of established regional retailers, Qatari designers and international participants also gave visitors an opportunity to explore different approaches to jewellery and watchmaking in one location.

For the participating businesses, the exhibition provided a setting for presenting collections, engaging with visitors and strengthening connections within the regional luxury market.

Qatari, Turkish and Indian Designers Take Centre Stage

A key feature of DJWE 2026 was its three dedicated pavilions: the Qatari Designers Pavilion, the Turkish Pavilion and the Indian Pavilion.

The pavilions brought together different design traditions and craftsmanship, giving visitors a structured way to discover jewellery from Qatar and international markets.

The Qatari Designers Pavilion placed local talent within the wider exhibition, supporting the visibility of homegrown designers and their work. Its presence also reflected the event’s emphasis on developing opportunities for local businesses within the luxury sector.

The Turkish and Indian pavilions added further international representation, highlighting the diversity of jewellery styles and creative influences across markets.

Together, the dedicated spaces contributed to DJWE’s broader objective of connecting regional talent with international brands and audiences. They also reinforced the exhibition’s role as a meeting point for craftsmanship, commercial opportunities and cultural exchange.

Christie’s Expands the Exhibition’s International Presence

One of the notable additions to the 2026 edition was the participation of Christie’s, the international auction house specialising in art, luxury and collectibles.

Founded in 1766, Christie’s brought its experience in jewellery and watches to the exhibition through a dedicated space and specialist-led public talks.

The participation expanded DJWE’s international offering by introducing visitors to expertise associated with luxury collecting and the jewellery and watch markets.

Christie’s specialists were scheduled to share insights through sessions held at the DJWE Studio, a dedicated area for workshops, panel discussions and conversations with industry experts.

The programme was designed to provide visitors with opportunities to learn more about the sectors beyond the products on display, including perspectives from specialists familiar with luxury objects and collecting.

The addition of Christie’s also broadened the exhibition’s scope, connecting its traditional retail and designer showcase with a wider conversation around luxury, expertise and collectibles.

DJWE Studio Creates Space for Industry Knowledge

Alongside the exhibition’s brand displays and pavilions, the DJWE Studio served as a dedicated space for workshops, public talks and panel discussions.

The programme brought industry specialists and experts into the exhibition environment, allowing visitors to engage with knowledge related to jewellery and watches.

Such sessions add an educational dimension to luxury exhibitions, helping audiences explore the expertise, market dynamics and craftsmanship associated with the products on display.

With Christie’s specialists contributing to discussions on jewellery and watches, the studio also supported the event’s international character and its focus on industry knowledge.

The combination of displays, pavilions and specialist sessions gave DJWE a programme that brought together shopping, design discovery and professional insight.

QNB Group Supports the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition

QNB Group participated as the official sponsor of DJWE 2026, reaffirming its support for major events hosted in Qatar.

The sponsorship reflected the group’s commitment to supporting Qatar’s position as a destination for luxury and high-end lifestyle experiences. It also demonstrated its stated focus on supporting local brands and Qatari entrepreneurs.

The exhibition’s sponsorship and partnership structure brought together organisations across tourism, finance and the wider business community.

Qatar Tourism organised the event, Visit Qatar presented it, and QNB Group served as official sponsor. These roles supported the delivery and promotion of an exhibition designed to attract regional and international attention.

Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition Supports Qatar National Vision 2030

The 22nd edition of DJWE formed part of Qatar’s broader efforts to diversify its tourism offering and strengthen the country’s profile in the luxury travel and lifestyle sector.

The exhibition brought international brands together with regional businesses and local designers, creating opportunities for product discovery, commercial engagement and cultural exchange.

Its focus on jewellery, watches and craftsmanship also connected the event with wider luxury tourism experiences, giving visitors another reason to explore Doha’s event calendar.

The inclusion of dedicated international pavilions, a unified visual identity and specialist programming demonstrated the organisers’ efforts to develop the visitor experience while maintaining DJWE’s established focus on luxury products.

Through the participation of more than 500 brands, regional designers and international specialists, the exhibition supported Qatar Tourism’s aim of presenting Qatar as a destination for high-quality experiences and international events.

As the country continues to advance Qatar National Vision 2030, events such as DJWE provide a platform for connecting tourism, local talent and international business. The 2026 edition reinforced that role by bringing together luxury brands, designers and industry experts in Doha.
