Dubai, UAE: An Italian menu with sun-drenched flavors for three nights only, Mare by Bussola partners up with Maturazioni Pizzeria, from San Giuseppe Vesuviano, Italy, returns to take over the lush green grounds of the ambient Italian restaurant at the iconic Mare by Bussola.
After the success of their debut, the celebrated pizzeria is bringing more authentic Neapolitan specialties, from their iconic pizzas (where it’s all about the crust) to their fried starters, which are beloved comfort food worldwide (and not just in Italy!).
Maturazione brand founders, Antonio Conza and Gabriella Esposito, bring their unique recipes from their cozy trattoria in San Giuseppe Vesuviano, Italy. The husband-and-wife duo brings their skill for infusing recipes with that Neapolitan touch and flavor to Dubai for the second time. Ranked Pizzerie Eccellenti 2024 by 50 Top Pizza, the social media sensation will grace our shores with the mission of spreading the gospel of good pizza and the many innovations coming out of the Italy-based pizzeria.
The 3-day pop-up will kick-off on Wednesday, 19 February at Mare by Bussola with a live DJ in an aperitivo setting complete with bites and Birra Moretti beer, all with the Dubai sunset as your backdrop.
In their limited-edition menu at Mare by Bussola, regulars and newbies alike will be treated to some of Maturazioni’s viral dishes. A promise of culinary excellence – expect dishes like the irresistible Frittatina Tradizionale Napoletana which offers bucatini fritters with béchamel, minced beef, and provola or try the Bufalina in Due Cotture is a true Neapolitan classic with San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and basil – a fusion of flavors!
Decorated with a muted ocean blue and white linen and tables positioned around a tree center, Mare by Bussola is guaranteed to take you on a journey to the Italian Riviera.
