A concept conceived by Black Spoon Group

Nafas Beirut, an at-home dining solution that is deeply rooted in heritage and nostalgia has just launched in Dubai. Derived from an Arabic word, Nafas translates to ‘a breath’, and cooking with Nafas, for generations now exemplifies breathing one’s essence into a meal and cooking with instinct. The concept is inspired by the heart and soul that mothers put into preparing a meal. It’s the intuition and cooking without a recipe that brings warmth and emotion to every dish.

The newly launched concept by the Black Spoon Group, which operates a number of award-winning brands, comes off the back of its well-established brand, Allo Beirut, which is a homegrown Lebanese street food restaurant. Allo Beirut was designed to bring the laid-back Lebanese setting to the diverse food scene of the UAE. Stirring nostalgia for at-home dining and hosting solutions, Nafas Beirut invites customers to indulge in a soulful feast filled with special moments by bringing humble authenticity to the forefront of the UAE’s dining scene.

Building upon and inspired by the menu at Allo Beirut, Nafas Beirut offers a range of widely loved cold and hot appetizers, wholesome feasting trays, traditional main courses, as well as a variety of live cooking stations including Shawarma, Saj, Falafel and BBQ. Available in portions ranging from 4, 8 and 12 people, customers can personalize their own menu by selecting from the wide array of available options. In the essence of catering to the audience of Dubai, the menu at Nafas Beirut includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. From the appetisers, customers can select items like Hummus, Muttabbal, Tabbouleh, Sambousek, and Kibbeh Balls to name a few. Feast trays include Vine Leaves and Marrow with Cutlets, Oriental Chicken, and Whole Hammour with Harra Traboulsieh while main courses include Kebbeh Arnabieh and Shakrieh with whole Lamb Chunks. The menu items were carefully crafted to offer customers dishes that transport them to the homey kitchens of Beirut where mothers poured their love into every meal.

Charbel Mhanna, CEO of Black Spoon Group said, ‘Nafas Beirut has been in development for quite some time. To introduce a concept that brings the scent of home was a crucial responsibility and something we wanted to get absolutely right before presenting Nafas to the world. Throughout the years, we have also been getting several requests to cater to at-home gatherings, which inspired the origins of a concept that spreads the warmth of a mother’s cooking. We have built a trusted relationship with all of our customers and are now ready to enter their home with authentic family recipes cherished for decades. With

Allo Beirut now well-established in the market, it is the perfect time to bring food straight from the heart of a Lebanese kitchen.

To elevate the customer experience and ensure that the meals are served with soulful authenticity, a chef will personally deliver the meals and assist in heating and serving the food to guests. In the spirit of togetherness, Nafas Beirut will allow customers to host their loved ones over a meal that just doesn’t satisfy one’s taste buds but soothes the soul.
