Abu Dhabi, UAE: Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, the ultra-low-fare national airline of the UAE, celebrated Valentine’s Day this year with a special initiative for travelling lovebirds.
Among those travelling on 14 February, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi selected a couple travelling from Abu Dhabi to Bucharest and surprised them with special Valentine-themed gift packages, including, sweet treats and exclusive Wizz Air souvenirs during their flight. The campaign aimed to make this Valentine’s Day extra special for the couple traveling together on 14 February.
This Valentine’s Day, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi scheduled 38 flights to 16 destinations across its network. The most in-demand routes on Valentines Day this year were from Abu Dhabi to Yerevan, Alexandria, and Baku which saw the highest bookings among those looking to escape the ordinary and celebrate the day of love above the clouds.
In the UAE, the chosen couple was surprised onboard their flight from Abu Dhabi to Bucharest.
