Jeddah : The award-winning Soleil Rooftop is now open at Rosewood Jeddah, with ZN returning once again to bring its signature flair to the city’s leading rooftop destination. Overlooking the Red Sea and Jeddah skyline, this season introduces exclusive mocktails by world-renowned mixologist Maxim Schulte, formerly of The American Bar at The Savoy, London, who has created a bespoke menu inspired by Soleil’s golden, coastal setting.
The mocktail collection features Tropical Qahwa, Corniche Pearl, and Breeze Over Taif, each offering a refreshing blend that captures the spirit of the sea and celebrates traditional Saudi Arabian flavours. The food menu continues Soleil’s Asian-inspired approach, with highlights including Avocado Shrimp Salad, Tandoori Chicken Wrap, and the nine-hour Braised Beef Brisket Bao. These are complemented by ZN favourites like Crab Salad and Spicy Crunchy Salmon, alongside new seasonal additions.
