Jeddah : At The Saudi Food Show 2026 in Jeddah, Consul General Shri Fahad Suri, H.E. Eng. Khalil bin Salamah, Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Affairs, H.E. Eng. Majed Alargoubi, CEO of MODON, and senior officials from APEDA jointly inaugurated the India Pavilion, led by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA).
India is making a strong showing at the event, with 56 Indian exporters presenting a diverse range of agricultural and processed food products. The showcased products include Basmati rice, dehydrated products, honey, makhana, and other Indian food and agricultural products.
Following the inauguration, the dignitaries toured the India Pavilion and interacted with participating exporters. The Consul General also met Indian exhibitors across the Show, conveyed his best wishes, and encouraged them to explore opportunities in the Saudi market while building long-term business partnerships.
The India Pavilion is open to visitors at Jeddah Superdome from 27–29 September 2026, providing an opportunity to discover India’s diverse food and agricultural export offerings and connect with participating Indian exporters.
