Celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan in Dolce Vita style

to Bella Restaurant’s breathtaking views
of the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa

At sunset, patrons will be served a welcome assortment of sourdough bread, dried fruits and nuts with date butter to break the fast.

Then, a wonderful display of Bella’s distinctive Italian “Zuppa” and Antipasti, from the Puntarelle salad to Halloumi cheese wrap with pine nuts, parsley and dates, signature Fritto Misto, and “Bella Pita Arayas” with minced beef and potato with parmesan and tomato sauce.

In line with the Middle-Eastern influenced Italian Iftar,
the Risotto will be made of pilaf rice, capsicum, pistachio, raisins, saffron, and melting confit lamb shoulder, followed by a choice of Wagyu short rib or Breaded swordfish.

To end the feast, Bella’s pastry Chefs have imagined an Italian gelato made with camel milk, cherries and almond crumble or a platter of season fruits.
