Each dish, thoughtfully prepared by the restaurant’s skilled chefs, showcases time-honoured techniques and premium ingredients. Located within the iconic Burj Khalifa and with stunning views of Downtown Dubai as a backdrop, this Holi celebration promises to be nothing short of an unforgettable experience.
The celebratory feast begins with a burst of flavour, starting off with Dahi Puri, followed by an array of plated starters such as Beetroot Ki Tikki, Nimbu Hari Mirch ka or Nimbu Hari Mirch Ka Jhinga, Badami Subz ki Seekh or Badami Murgh ki, and Pudina Mushroom or Pudina Boti – depending on which menu guests choose. Continuing the journey, the main course is served family-style, featuring Paneer Sirka Pyaaz or Murgh Sirka Pyaaz, Aloo Mehti or Safed Maas, Jodhpuri Kadhi or Alleppey Meen Curry, and Amritsari Chole. These dishes are accompanied by refreshing Boondi Raita, Bedmi Poori, and aromatic Jeera Rice.
