Abu Dhabi, UAE- – In celebration of Chinese New Year, Year of the Dragon, the renowned Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is pleased to introduce a limited-edition menu featuring exclusive new dishes for just AED 488 per person. Available from 9th February to 24th February 2024, the alluring menu boasts a tantalising selection of specially curated Cantonese dishes which cater to all dining desires.
This year, the Chinese New Year menu has been created by Executive Chefs from Hakkasan restaurants across the globe, with dishes designed to bring abundance, strength, and health in 2024. Perfect for sharing with a significant other or a friend, the enticing menu includes the Wishes of Prosperity Dim Sum Duo from Hakkasan Riyadh, featuring the delectable flavours of lobster and cheese lantern puffs alongside Black truffle wild mushroom dumplings bursting with succulent flavours and aromas. The collaborative creation of Smoked Eight Treasure Duck by the Executive Chefs of Hakkasan Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha promises to be a culinary highlight on this limited-time menu. Additionally, guests can relish the Wild Red King Prawn with Braised Dragon Beard Noodles, a culinary masterpiece crafted in London. To conclude the luxurious feast, guests have the opportunity to relish The Auspicious Dragon, an ambrosial cayenne chocolate mousse accompanied by a spicy raspberry compote and salted streusel. This exquisite dessert promises to be an indulgent finale to the unforgettable dining experience this Chinese New Year.
