A new investor-led forum dedicated to connecting Europe’s living assets with global capital makes its debut in February 2027
The Bench today announced the launch of FHS Living, a new investor-led platform under the Future Hospitality Summit series. Taking place in Paris in February 2027, FHS Living is the only curated, pan-European investment marketplace dedicated to the Living asset classes — Branded Residences, Student Accommodation, Senior Living, Serviced Living, Co-Living, Club Concepts, Shared Ownership, Mixed-Use Developments and Hotels. The conference joins The Bench’s expanding portfolio of investment summits alongside FHS World, FHS Saudi Arabia, FHS Africa and FHS Egypt.
Living has cemented its position as the largest real estate investment sector in Europe. €46.9 billion was invested in European living assets in 2025 (JLL) with a further €50 billion of capital planned for deployment over the next three years (Savills). Yet despite this scale, capital allocators, developers and operators across the full living spectrum still lack a single, investment-focused platform to convene, transact and build partnerships across Europe.
FHS Living addresses this gap by bringing together global capital and Europe’s living sector across every major asset class. The platform operates as a curated investment marketplace, anchored around pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings with investors, a dedicated Deal Room, a Leadership Stage, investor site tours of live Paris projects and structured roundtables focused on capital deployment. The two-day programme will include sessions such as Where Capital Is Moving: Living Sectors as the Next Frontier, Underwriting Living Assets: Risk, Returns & Platform Strategies, Europe Meets Middle East: Bridging Capital with Opportunity Across Regions, and Branded Residences in Focus: Global Demand, Premium Pricing & Scalable Growth.
To ensure the agenda reflects the priorities of the market, FHS Living launches with initial 40 confirmed Founding Advisors drawn from senior leaders across the living and real estate investment sector including: Marloes Knippenberg, Chief Executive Officer, Kerten Hospitality; Dirk Bakker, CEO Hospitality, Necron Group; Asli Kutlucan, Chief Executive Officer Europe, TFE Hotels; Alyshia Mangalji, Board Member & SVP Europe & Africa, Westmont Hospitality; Jagdish Johal, Managing Partner, YOO; Khalid Saud Abuhaimed, Chief Executive Officer, Al Khozama Investments; Theodor Kubak, Managing Partner, Arbireo Capital; Hans Meyer, Co-founder, Zoku; Philip Lassman, Managing Director, NUMA; Joanne Owen, Partner, DLA Piper. More advisors will be announced in the coming weeks. View all advisors: futurehospitality.com/living/founding-advisors
“Over the past three decades, I have had the privilege of bringing together the global hospitality investment community,” said Jonathan Worsley, Chairman, The Bench. “Today, we are at another inflection point. Capital is being deployed across an entirely new generation of living assets and the industry needs a forum that reflects how that capital is actually moving – across sectors, geographies and disciplines. A place where deals are initiated, partnerships are formed, and new models of living are defined.”
FHS Living is built on the track record of one of the world’s most influential hospitality investment platforms. Across 2025 conference series, Future Hospitality Summit brought together more than 3,000 C-level decision-makers, including 621 investors representing over USD 11 trillion in assets under management, facilitated USD 3 billion in business opportunities and saw 29 landmark hotel signings announced on stage. The forum carries that same convening power focused now on the living sector and anchored in Europe.
The organisers are actively welcoming expressions of interest from investors, developers, operators and advisors seeking to participate in the founding edition.
