Dubai, UAE-: Committed to offering unique culinary creations to the UAE foodies’ market, The Goofy Cow Burger will introduce new monthly special burger series, featuring unique and delectable burger combinations from various parts of the world. Starting from January, customers can indulge in the Budapest Burger from the 17th of January to the end of February, a traditional flavour that will take your taste buds on a journey.

The Budapest Burger is inspired by the traditional Hungarian dish, Lecsó, reimagined and paired with the restaurant’s unique take on burgers to offer a must-try new concept for anyone looking to experience the authentic flavours of Hungary, crafted by the one of the world’s best burgers in 2022, made of a freshly baked bun, 130gr US Black Angus beef patty, lambs lettuce, crispy beef bacon, smoked cheddar cheese, green chili, saus crumb tartar sauce, lecsó, and caramelized onion, it is a perfect balance of flavours with a mix of sweet and tangy, smoky and spicy, and a perfect balance of fresh ingredients.

“The Goofy Cow Burger restaurant is not just about burgers, it’s about creating an experience. We wanted to create a place where people can come and try new flavours, new combinations and new ways to enjoy a burger, and we can’t wait for everyone to come and taste the love and passion that goes into every flavour we serve,” Says Gergely Szabo, Co-Owner & Managing Director of The Goofy Cow Burger in Dubai.

The Goofy Cow Burger offers a variety of options to satisfy every palate, including a classic cheeseburger, a Mexican burger with jalapeños and guacamole, and a luxury Truffle & Foie Gras burger. They also offer chicken and vegan options, which can be upscaled with Wagyu or made vegetarian and vegan-friendly using premium plant-based brand, Beyond Meat. All of the burgers are served on freshly baked potato-brioche buns and can be paired with homemade dipping sauces, such as spicy mayo or garlic aioli, and made using the finest US Black Angus beef to ensure a juicy and flavourful burger every time.

The mind behind The Goofy Cow Burger is Jani (Janos) Jancsa, who has a comprehensive, more than a decade long career in corporate finance. However, when he turned 30, he quit his daily job to pursue his passion for food.

“At The Goofy Cow Burger restaurant, we believe that every good burger has a good story. That’s why we’ve created a menu that features traditional Hungarian flavours, classic favourites, and indulgent options, all made with the finest ingredients. We can’t wait for our customers to experience the unique tastes and textures of our food,” says Jani Jancsa.

Jani is a co-owner and founding member of a Hungarian company group that has nine restaurants, including the Bamba Marha Burger Bar chain, and the AVPN certified Donna Mamma Pizza Napoletana, where he is also responsible for the culinary direction. He has a love for the extravagant side of burgers, different ingredients, special toppings, and unexpected compositions with fresh ingredients.
