Paris : Evok Collection continues its expansion with the acquisition of a new property in the heart of Val d’Isère, which will be transformed into Nolinski Val d’Isère and is scheduled to open in December 2029. Marking the brand’s first mountain destination, the project represents a new chapter in Nolinski’s development following Paris, Venice and soon Saint-Tropez.
The property acquired by Evok Collection is Hôtel La Savoyarde, an iconic Val d’Isère address since the 1970s. More than a hotel, this historic family-run property has welcomed generations of loyal guests and notable personalities, becoming one of the most cherished addresses in the French Alps. Through this acquisition, Evok Collection will preserve the spirit and heritage of the property while reimagining it under the Nolinski brand, introducing a new vision of contemporary alpine luxury to one of France’s most renowned mountain destinations.
Set across six floors, Nolinski Val d’Isère will feature 45 rooms and suites, many with private balconies overlooking the resort and surrounding alpine landscape. Designed with families in mind, the hotel will offer several interconnecting rooms, alongside a restaurant and bar, a spa with an indoor swimming pool, and a dedicated kids’ club, creating a refined mountain retreat where comfort, wellness and conviviality come together.
Designed to accompany both active ski days and cosy winter evenings, Nolinski Val d’Isère will offer an elegant mountain retreat at the heart of one of the Alps’ most iconic destinations. Combining warm hospitality, refined design and a strong sense of place, the property will remain true to the Nolinski brand’s commitment to authenticity, exceptional service and timeless elegance.
The architectural project has been entrusted to Le Coadic & Scotto, who have already delivered several landmark projects for Evok Collection, including Cour des Vosges and Nolinski Venezia. Their approach combines contemporary design with a deep respect for a building’s history, preserving its character while infusing it with a renewed sense of elegance. The project is being led by Zaka Investments on behalf of Evok Collection.
