Riyadh : A dining destination renowned for its contemporary interpretation of Saudi cuisine, NOMAS Riyadh has now introduced its new Business Lunch, designed for professionals seeking a refined yet efficient midday dining experience. Available on weekdays, the curated multi-course spread combines premium local ingredients, time-honoured flavours, and polished presentation, making it an ideal choice for business meetings, client lunches, and elegant midweek escapes.

Set within a warm, sophisticated environment, NOMAS is a welcome pause from the pace of the working day. Known for reimagining Saudi culinary heritage through a modern lens, the restaurant blends authentic regional recipes with contemporary techniques, resulting in dishes that feel both familiar and elevated.

The Business Lunch at NOMAS has been carefully crafted to deliver a seamless dining experience without compromising on quality or depth of flavour. Guests can choose between two or three courses, with each dish prepared using premium Saudi ingredients and celebrating local produce.

The experience begins with a selection of refined starters, including Wasal Al Thamar, which offers a delicate harmony of figs, Saudi dates, roasted beetroot, and watercress, finished with a touch of local honey. Mukashin Rubyan showcases fresh shrimp cooked in the traditional Jazan style, immersed in a bold, spicy-sour sauce with coriander and sesame. Chef Ahed’s Signature Soup delivers comforting depth, with slow-cooked beef producing a richly flavoured broth infused with the aromatic freshness of basil.

For the main course, guests may select from The Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Jarish, which pairs creamy crushed wheat with perfectly grilled chicken breast and musamnah bread, or the Qursan, presentingNajdi thin bread gently simmered in a seasonal vegetable broth. A standout signature, the Lamb Naimi Kabsa & Hassawi Rice features tender Naeemi lamb slow-cooked with traditional spices, served over fragrant Hassawi rice for a deeply satisfying finish.

Ending the meal with elegant nods to tradition, the dessert options include Qatayef Najd filled with fig–fennel jam, clotted cream, and golden Saudi honeycomb, crisp Kleija layered with date paste, cinnamon custard, and rose petals, and Rose Labania, combining creamy labania with Saudi rose ice cream, rose meringue, and a hint of raspberry. A curated selection of Saudi and Fortnum & Mason teas is available separately to accompany the meal.

The NOMAS Business Lunch is a chance for guests to rediscover midday dining through the lens of Saudi culinary excellence.
