Inviting couples to celebrate their love under the majestic dome of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the ‘Amour à la Carte’ menu is ready to whisk every couple away for a night to remember.
Recognised with a spot in the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi, the multi-award winning Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi provides a romantic and elegant ambiance that is perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Those in the mood to dine al fresco can take a seat on the terrace and admire the mesmerising views of the Downtown Abu Dhabi skyline, while those who like a more intimate setting are encouraged to relax within the plush dining room.
Enhancing the romantic ambiance even further, guests are free to relax and enjoy being serenaded by talented live musicians. Creating the perfect backdrop for an evening filled with special memories, couples will instantly feel at ease as the melodies carry them away.
Effortlessly encapsulating the glamour and allure of Paris, the ‘Amour à la Carte’ menu was created in partnership with renowned Michelin-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Skillfully prepared by Culinary Director Balkisoon and his expert culinary team, it spans a mix of authentic and modern French specialties.
Featuring five amazing courses, the delightful set menu starts with an amuse bouche of smoked stracciatella, avocado sorbet and Oscietra caviar, followed by a choice of Wagyu beef carpaccio with foie gras and rice cake, or marinated sea scallops with sweet prawns, yuzu and cucumber dressing.
For the main event, couples are then invited to choose between the roasted blue lobster with brown butter and pan-fried sole, or the Wagyu beef tenderloin with black truffle mashed potatoes, greens peas, raspberry and black truffle jus.
Elevating the romantic journey to even greater heights, couples are then treated to an extraordinary cheese board filled with traditional French cheeses and chutneys. Ensuring that every Valentine’s evening ends on a sweet note, Chef Hugo Sipp’s bespoke ‘Dessert des Amoureux’ then presents a double-heart shaped cake, filled with rich vanilla and rose cream, fresh litchi and almond sponge.
Guaranteed to spark passion in every couple, each course can be enhanced with a choice of French paired wines and specialty cocktails, mocktails and premium beverages.
