United Arab Emirates, Dubai-: The stunning multi-award-winning restaurant perched at the end of the private pier at Jumeirah Al Qasr, Pierchic, is set to transport guests to Italy with its new ‘Nelle Mani di Beatrice’ menu.

Curated by one of the most celebrated chefs of the Marche region in Italy, Chef Beatrice Segoni serves up an ever-changing six-course tasting menu, showcasing seasonal dishes and the best of Pierchic. Bursting with freshness, the simple yet elegant menu at Pierchic is centred around traditional homemade pasta for which Chef Beatrice is famous for, and delicious seafood – a combination perfectly in tune with its unique coastal setting.

Whether dining over a long leisurely lunch or relaxed evening, expect an exceptional menu that serves artistry on the plate featuring antipasti, specialty handcrafted pasta and abundant seafood, with even the simplest of dishes revealing depths of flavour. The gastronomic experience is perfectly paired with picturesque views of Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and the cerulean waters of the Arabian Gulf.

While Florentine by adoption, Chef Beatrice grew up in the coastal Marche region of Italy, an area steeped in rich cultural heritage and famous for its artisanal pastas and bountiful seafood. Her birthplace is an integral aspect of the identity of her food with the flavours and traditional practices often present in her recipes. At Pierchic, Chef Beatrice only has one wish for her patrons: “I want to take you on a journey that will delight your palate, to tell you who I am and the emotions I feel in making my dreams come true. Cooking for me is a dream that comes true only by seeing you happy at the table. I want to transport you to the hills and the sea of my hometown, with the hope of bringing you joy.”

The restaurant is welcoming guests for lunch every day from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM and for dinner every Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM. The Nelle Mani di Beatrice tasting menu is available at AED 850 per person (minimum two pax).
