Available every Wednesday and Thursday during November, the property’s latest dining offer, “Where Luxury Meets the Middle East”, will take diners on an exploration of mouthwatering flavours and authentic dishes. The buffet promises an exceptional blend of traditional fare, live cooking stations, and immersive hospitality in a setting that honours Makkah’s sacred atmosphere.
Taking over The Restaurant, the venue provides an elegant space where tradition meets contemporary presentation. Guests can enjoy the warm ambience while exploring traditional Hejazi and Saudi Arabian delicacies alongside Middle Eastern favourites. The myriad of live cooking stations adds an interactive element, allowing diners to witness the art of culinary mastery and discover culinary delights from around the region.
The buffet opens with a Cold Mezze Station featuring classics such as hummus drizzled with olive oil and paprika, moutabbal, labneh with mint and za’atar, tabbouleh, fattoush, stuffed vine leaves, and muhammara. Live stations include a Bread and Manakish Corner, Grill station, Shawarma counter, and Falafel station, ensuring something for every guest.
For main courses, diners can savour chicken kabsa, lamb ouzi with spiced rice, baked fish with tahini sauce, stuffed vegetables, moujadara, and roasted chicken with freekeh and pine nuts. To conclude the feast, the dessert selection delights with kunafa cups with ashta cream, mahalabia with rosewater and pistachio, basbousa, assorted baklava, maamoul stuffed with dates and nuts, and an Arabic coffee and date tasting corner, providing a sweet and memorable finale.
