Cucina celebrates its first birthday with the launch of Acquasale by Cucina, inviting guests to enjoy the simplicity of fresh wood fire pizzas and custom-made spritz in a perfect beachside piazza setting.

Coinciding with Cucina’s one-year anniversary, Acquasale is not just an extension of the renowned restaurant – it’s the exciting new ‘little sister’ of Cucina, offering a unique experience not found within the restaurant’s confines.
Nestled under the shade of olive trees and the twinkling of fairy lights, ‘Acquasale by Cucina’ is a haven for those keen to relish the charm of casual, leisurely dining. The piazza boasts a cosy décor, complete with woodfire ovens, an immersive dough kitchen plus a bar to create an inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy during the cooler Dubai weather overlooking Palm West Beach and views of the Dubai skyline.
Named after the traditional and hearty southern Italian dish “Acquasale” – which is made with crusty aged bread and tomatoes – the menu features a selection of pizzas in one size, perfect for individual enjoyment. Classic and contemporary options starting from AED 65, including the Cacio e Pepe, Diavola, Buratta Mainara (AED 85) and more innovative choices like the Apulia (AED 75) with wild broccoli, burrata cheese, anchovies and garlic, and the Tonno (AED 120) with smoked scarmorza, tuna belly, black olive paste, lemon zest and chives.
Simultaneously, the Spritz bar at Acquasale becomes a focal point, offering an impressive array of Spritz-based drinks (starting at AED 49) crafted by skilled mixologists. From classic spritzes to innovative cocktails like the Sicillian, Strawberry & Vanilla Spritz, Hugo, Italian Wine and Draught Beer, the Spritz bar ensures a refreshing and delightful experience for all guests.
