Cucina, the Italian restaurant at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, has proudly secured its Four-Star restaurant rating for the sixth consecutive year, while Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel maintains its Recommended Hotel rating.

Maintaining its Four-Star rating for six consecutive years underscores the dedication of Cucina to culinary excellence and to providing unparalleled experiences for guests.

To celebrate this achievement, Cucina invites guests to indulge in its award-winning Italian cuisine crafted by Chef Andrea Delzanno. Must-try chef dishes include the mystic tartare, which pays tribute to Chef Andrea’s home region of Piedmont by featuring premium Fassona beef complemented by crunchy hazelnuts and earthy black truffles. Another star dish is the grilled Mediterranean octopus and seared Hokkaido scallops with mashed potatoes, tomato salsa, and pesto. The fresh tomato salsa harmonises with the seafood and other ingredients to create a symphony of flavours that captures the essence of southern Italy.
