Kickstart 2023 with CRANK’s January Challenge and some seriously good (and healthy) food

CRANK has just revealed the dates of its heart-pumping January Challenge – this time, in partnership with Deliveroo! To kick off the new year, Deliveroo and CRANK are geared to set the ball rolling (and the feet pedalling) through the adrenaline-charged fitness challenge starting on the 9th of January! In addition to rewards being handed out to the first 100 members who simply sign up for the challenge, Deliveroo will also be giving away vouchers worth AED 1000 to the top 3 performers.

Many hope to kickstart January with a ‘New Year, New Me’ game plan but often fall behind their goals and so need an encouraging push. Offering just the right incentive to take the final plunge, the award-winning food delivery service, Deliveroo, is collaborating with CRANK for the return of its annual January Challenge from the 9th to the 23rd! The challenge is straightforward: participants across Dubai and Abu Dhabi are invited to take on the task of completing 10 RIDE or SHAPE classes over the course of just 14 days. RIDE sessions at CRANK are a unique indoor cycling experience where members pedal through heavy climbs and spin through powerful sprints against beat-pumping tracks. SHAPE sessions are a combination of workouts encompassing high-intensity interval training, as well as strength and functional movement skills. With the help of some fuel from Deliveroo, participants will be all set to take on the CRANK’s January challenge.

The first 100 members to take on the challenge, sore muscles or not, will be rewarded for their commitment to fitness with a Deliveroo voucher worth AED 150. Applicable across all of the UAE’s favourite brands available on Deliveroo, the voucher can be used to fuel up on a range of healthy eats or dig into a feel-good post workout meal. Raising the stakes for the top 3 performers who complete the most classes in 14 days, the food delivery service will also be awarding a Deliveroo voucher worth AED 1000 to each! The top 3 performers are in for a treat with other prizes up for grabs as well. Anyone across Dubai or Abu Dhabi can sign up to CRANK’s January Challenge, with non-members only having to purchase a membership to join.

Encouraging the community to lead a healthier lifestyle, CRANK’s expert instructors have also recommended their go-to food fuel available on the Deliveroo app. Ranging from Peanut Bomba Bowl from Projecto Acai, Texas Salad from Tasha’s, and Spaghetti Bolognese from Krave, a total of 18 dishes have been recommended by the professionally trained CRANK instructors.

By starting the new year with an allegiance to fitness, Deliveroo and CRANK are set to inspire a healthier way of life. A way of life that is exciting and active, and of course, doesn’t hold anyone back from treating themselves to their favourite meals and snacks from Deliveroo!
