Riyadh, Saudi Arabia –-– As part of Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW) 2024, Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Northern Ring Road organized a range of activities to thank its clients and partners. The week-long event, part of Marriott International’s global initiative, emphasized building stronger connections with guests, partners and associates while supporting sustainability and community engagement efforts.
One of the week’s standout moments was the Roots for a Brighter Future tree-planting initiative. As the champion of this initiative, Bashar Naji, Director of Sales and Marketing at Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Northern Ring Road, led the way in partnership with the Al Muruj Foundation. The initiative brought together Nine Marriott hotels across Riyadh to plant 200 trees, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and community engagement. This project reflects Marriott International’s Serve 360 initiative, which focuses on community service, sustainability and environmental stewardship. “This program demonstrates the collective impact we can have when businesses and communities work together toward shared goals,” said Naji.
