Couqley is all set to welcome the festive hosting season with the highly anticipated return of its traditional roasted turkey. In the weeks leading up to the holidays, customers can gather with their friends and family to savour a timeless turkey feast thoughtfully presented by Couqley. Enhancing its cherished tradition, the award-winning French restaurant has unveiled two unique artisanal tarts to round out the ultimate dining experience this season.
Available until December 30th, Couqley’s traditional turkey is served with a selection of sides including aromatic mushroom stuffing, roasted brussels sprouts, potato gratin, truffle mac & cheese and roasted vegetables, as well as their signature cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy. Available for dine-in or takeaway, Couqley roasted turkey can serve groups of 8 to 10 people.
With a 72-hour notice, customers can order Couqley’s traditional roasted turkey for dine-in or takeaway, with or without sides. The dine-in offer is priced at AED 1399 including 800g of each side, 500g of gravy, and 400g of cranberry sauce. For those looking to have the turkey delivered, Couqley is offering two options; the whole turkey without sides which is priced at AED 799, or the whole turkey with sides which is priced at AED 1199, and includes 800g of each side, 500g of gravy, and 400g of cranberry sauce. Additional sides can also be ordered for dine-in or delivery starting from AED 49.
This year, Couqley is elevating the dining experience with the introduction of two exclusive tarts available for delivery. Inspired by the single portion Tarte de Tomates et Chevre, Couqley is introducing an 8-inch version of the tart. Priced at only AED 99, the tart features tangy artisanal goat cheese paired with heirloom tomatoes and sweet caramelized onions all nestled on a flaky puff pastry dough. The second limited-edition tart is the 10-inch sweet Tarte aux Noix priced at only AED 249. Designed as the ultimate dessert for the festive season, the tart showcases a delicate short crust pastry enveloping layers of luscious caramel, velvety creme patissiere, and candied walnuts delicately infused with the delicate essence of orange blossom.
